The Middle East Business Generation (MEBG) team are the custodians and drivers of best practice and expertise across all aspects of marketing and business development: brand and comms, digital and social media, winning bids and key client management. As our Middle East business expands, we require to broaden the support provided by the MEBG team.
Responsibilities
Uploading our best practice content into the Bid to Win Hub
Support the wider BG team in maintaining data accuracy and relevance
Supporting bid teams in sourcing, collecting and curating best practice bid content
Answering requests for information and content
Supporting our communications and other internal team to deliver content updates for our Sharepoint sites
Supporting training, change and awareness campaigns relating to knowledge management
Skills and behaviours required
Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Well-organised with a customer-orientated approach
Strong people and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Power point, word and excel)
Excellent written and spoken English essential, Arabic language skills advantageous
Location and travel
The post holder can be based in either of our regional hubs (Abu Dhabi or Dubai)
There is no requirement for travel beyond occasional trips to Dubai
Qualifications
Qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business highly preferred
