To plan and coordinate the installation of new machines and retrofits including the delivery, installation, commissioning, optimization, acceptance phase. This position will be based in their home country.

Your tasks

To control and handle service tasks and service projects To trigger the personnel resource planning by engaging the local dispatcher to choose adequate staff according to the following procedure: to check local resources, regional resources, external resources and finally headquarters' resources or to follow the established local procedure To be responsible for scheduling and budgeting the assigned projects (including input in quotation process, financial management and cost controlling) To be responsible for escalation management including communication and the arrangement of countermeasures; to establish accruals, if necessary, in collaboration with counterparts in the headquarters To control and to report the capacity used by the assigned projects through KPIs To liaise with and to manage subcontractors working for the assigned projects To be in charge of communication and cooperation of all parties involved in the assigned project To be responsible for the management of technical issues during the complete project period including the guaranteed phase To ensure compliance with existing local and international law or/ and specific customer requirements for the assigned project

Your profile

Degree in engineering with preferably qualification in Project Management Minimum 5 years' project management experience in a similar environment Technical knowledge of machines. MS Office knowledge is a must, SAP knowledge is a plus Excellent communication skills: fluency in English and Arabic and French is a must / German is preferred Strong interpersonal skills / Negotiation skills Ability to work with different cultures, a good team player No obstacles in travelling for business up to 30 %
