Job Description
As a Life Cycle Service Intern, you will support the team with critical administrative, coordination, and system management tasks. The role will help ensure the smooth execution of internal processes, data accuracy across tools, and effective communication across departments and regions.
Your tasks
1. Administrative & System Support
Manage and track invoices using SAP Business One Maintain accurate data and updates in SAP KSP and workflows business workplace Support Salesforce tasks such as team bookings and opportunity updates Maintain and update Excel-based templates and tracking files Coordination of customer care support topics
2. Monday.com Boards Management
Maintain and update Monday.com boards within LCS for: Department-level Project tracking Interdepartmental collaboration MSA and MD contract status Ensure monthly data updates and alignment with project leads
3. File & Request Coordination
Manage and process Machine Inspection (OSAT) files Handling of third-party machine quotations Keep documentation organized and accessible for audits or reporting Coordinate with team members to ensure timely file submissions and updates

SAP KP1 -
KSP, Quotations and WFs Graduate in Industrial Engineering or a related fieldSAP Business One
