Kitchen Technician
Job Description
Inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen appliances and equipment (gas, electrical, and mechanical).
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and efficiently.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from kitchen and catering teams.
Diagnose faults and repair commercial kitchen equipment including cold rooms, burners, combi ovens, chillers, fryers, dishwashers, etc.
Maintain records of maintenance and repair work carried out.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Keep maintenance tools and workspaces clean, safe, and organized.
Assist in the installation and testing of new kitchen equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
