We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor for our healthy restaurant .
Handle assigned kitchen section independently
Prepare and cook food as per standards
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety
Supervise Commis and kitchen helpers
Manage mise en place and smooth service
Follow FIFO, labeling, and cost control
Strong cooking and organizational skills
Time management and multitasking ability
Attention to detail and quality control
Leadership and training skills
Hygiene & Safety
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
Team Supervision
Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants
Provide on-the-job training and support to junior staff
Report performance or discipline issues to the Sous Chef
Stock & Cost Control
Assist in inventory management and daily stock checks
Minimize food wastage and control portioning
Inform management of shortages or quality issues
Ensure cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
Comply with UAE food safety regulations
experience: 2 years or more .
Note: Healthy Restaurant .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
