We are urgently hiring Kitchen Stewards to join our team on an immediate basis. Only candidates currently available in Bahrain will be considered The ideal candidate will be responsible for following duties, Cleaning and Maintenance a-- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand. a-- Clean and maintain the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and equipment, to ensure a hygienic environment. a-- Handle deep cleaning tasks for kitchen equipment and storage areas as needed. Organizing and Stocking a-- Organize and store kitchen equipment and utensils in their designated places. a-- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and restock when necessary. a-- Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition. Waste Management a-- Dispose of kitchen waste, recycling, and garbage responsibly and in accordance with health and safety regulations. a-- Manage proper segregation of waste materials to support eco-friendly initiatives. Safety and Hygiene Compliance a-- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment. a-- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or non-compliance to the Stewarding Supervisor. Support for Kitchen Operations a-- Assist chefs and kitchen staff by providing clean utensils, equipment, and workstations as needed. a-- Support during events or busy service periods by ensuring prompt cleaning and availability of resources.
