Job Description
*Greet customers and seat them according to their preferenceso Offer welcome drinks and beverageso Fill water glasses and refill beverageso Offer appetizers and alcoholic drinkso Take orders and provide information about menu itemso Suggest menu items when requested by the customero Relay patrons' orders to the kitcheno Ensure that the order is prepared according to the menuo Ensure order quality and quantity prior to servingo Serve meals and side disheso Deliver food carts to designated areaso Ensure that continued service is managed during the course of the mealo Keep a constant eye on the table to gauge needs and fulfill them immediatelyo Total customers' check and take it to themo Accept payment in cash and credit cardo Clear table and clean table topso Change table cloths and clear dishes and flatwareo Carry dishes and flatware to the kitcheno Ensure that all tables replenished with eating disheso Collect menus at the end of the shift
