Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
Maintain organization and tidiness of kitchen storage areas
Assist with food preparation, such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness of dish area
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Team player with excellent communication skills
