As a Kitchen Steward at Oliv, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. You will be responsible for washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and assisting in food preparation. Your efforts will support the overall efficiency of the kitchen team and ensure a safe, sanitary work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed. Dispose of waste and recyclables properly. Support kitchen staff by restocking supplies and ingredients. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace. Collaborate with team members to promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Good communication skills and teamwork ethic. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
