Work collaboratively with both Kitchen and Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Perform assigned tasks according to the scheduled shift.
Execute all stewarding duties as instructed by supervisors.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and properly maintained at all times.
Uphold a hygienic work environment in full compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
Provide support to Cooks and Servers whenever required.
Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, storage spaces, walk-in chillers, utensils, corridors, and kitchen equipment.
Carry out general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing, and proper waste disposal.
Wash, clean, and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and equipment following standard procedures.
Maintain kitchen and dishwashing area floors and walls according to hygiene protocols.
Portion and pack food items according to set guidelines.
Ensure kitchen safety by promptly cleaning spills and maintaining cleanliness of equipment, ovens, vents, floors, and walls.
Empty, clean, and return trash bins, ensuring waste is transported to designated areas.
Perform any additional cleaning duties assigned by the Head Chef, following established schedules and standards.
Ensure all machines and equipment are cleaned and sanitized in line with company hygiene requirements.
Keep all kitchen areas neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Maintain excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards.
Take responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others in the workplace.
Immediately report hazardous conditions, near-misses, or injuries to the supervisor.
Avoid actions that may compromise the health or safety of others.
Use all equipment and tools safely, responsibly, and as per instructions.
Operate all machinery according to guidelines, avoiding misuse or interference.
Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without exception.
Ensure all dishware, cutlery, crockery, and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained.
Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage wherever possible.
Sweep, mop, clean carpeted areas, and perform spot cleaning when required.
Refill consumable supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning chemicals as needed.
Skills and Requirements:
Age between 20 and 35 years.
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
At least 1 year of experience working in a central kitchen environment.
Solid understanding of kitchen stewarding procedures and operations.
Candidates currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be prioritized.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.
