Clean and sanitize as instructed by his superior. Cleanliness of Hotels crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, kitchen tools etc.
Provide operational assistance in back of the house areas to kitchen and Restaurant areas in order for them to achieve efficient service delivery.
Provide high standards of hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness in kitchens, dish washing and back of the house areas
Reports to the Steward Supervisor
Maintains high levels of personal hygiene for self
Cleaning, scrubbing and sanitizing kitchens and dish washing areas
Washing and scrubbing cooking utensils and equipment's
Washing and storing chinaware, cutlery, silverware and all related F&B items utilized in the department for producing and serving food and beverage.
Collecting and storing garbage
Assist in stock tacking and handling breakages
Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures in the department
Carry out routine maintenance operations as directed by Chief Steward and Assistant Chief Steward
Maintain a positive and professional climate
