Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
Wash and organize dishes, cutlery, pots, and glassware.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas.
Properly store and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ensure waste and garbage disposal is done safely and on time.
Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Support kitchen staff by ensuring availability of clean tools.
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
Previous kitchen stewarding or housekeeping experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to handle lifting/carrying tasks.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and food safety.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
