Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste, including recycling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas.
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks when required.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and chemicals are used safely and stored properly.
Report any equipment malfunction or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Follow proper hygiene and grooming standards at all times.
Support kitchen operations during busy periods by replenishing utensils, plates, and glassware.
Comply with hotel policies and HACCP / food safety guidelines.
