Kitchen Steward
Job Description
Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including dishwashing stations, floors, and equipment, ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met.
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines efficiently, ensuring proper sanitation and handling of all kitchenware, including pots, pans, and utensils.
Organize and manage the storage of clean kitchenware, ensuring proper stacking and inventory control to minimize breakage and optimize space.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing techniques and cross-contamination prevention protocols.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,750.00 per month
