1. Maintains cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of the kitchen, stewarding areas, and garbage room at all times.
2. Ensures washing, cleaning, sanitizing, and storing of food and beverage supplies and equipment are carried out according to set standards.
3. Uses cleaning chemicals efficiently and ensures timely refilling when required.
4. Advises the supervisor of weekly cleaning supply and chemical requirements or as needed.
5. Adheres strictly to cleaning procedures as outlined in the operations manual.
6. Uses only the correct cleaning materials appropriately and always wears the correct safety equipment when handling chemicals.
7. Remains aware of and complies with laws and regulations related to food handling, storage, preparation, cooking, and service.
8. Complies with all safety regulations, including pest control and fire safety measures.
9. Follows proper garbage disposal procedures, including segregation and recycling, in line with Green Globe requirements.
10. Assists other F&B outlets or areas when required.
11. Performs additional reasonable tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or any member of the management team.
