Kitchen Steward
to support our kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all kitchen and back-of-house areas. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring food safety standards and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and cookware
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and waste disposal zones
Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals
Assist with basic kitchen support tasks as required
Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
Support kitchen team during service and peak hours
Report any equipment damage or safety hazards to supervisors
Requirements
Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role is an advantage
Knowledge of basic hygiene and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
