Job Summary:



The Kitchen Steward plays a key role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and ensuring proper sanitation of utensils, equipment, and work areas. This position supports the kitchen and service teams by upholding hygiene standards and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:



Clean, wash, and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishware Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and waste areas Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organization tasks Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste Support the kitchen team during busy service hours

Requirements:



Own Visa / Freelance Visa is a plus Previous experience as a kitchen steward or similar role is an advantage Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in F&B Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physically fit, reliable, and team-oriented
