OSK is looking for hardworking and reliable Kitchen Stewarding staff to support the cleanliness and smooth functioning of the kitchen. The ideal candidate must ensure hygiene standards are met and assist the culinary team in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient back-of-house environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper cleaning, drying, and storage.
Assist in waste management, garbage segregation, and proper disposal practices.
Ensure cleaning schedules (daily/weekly/monthly) are followed as per OSK standards.
Support chefs by keeping workstations clean, organized, and stocked when needed.
Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP guidelines at all times.
Report any damaged equipment or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries following cleanliness and FIFO rules.
Requirements:
Previous experience in kitchen stewarding or similar role preferred.
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment and repetitive tasks.
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to support the team.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
