Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable
Steward
to join our dynamic culinary team at Novel Hotel City Center. The ideal candidate will help maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our chefs during busy service periods.Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, utensils, equipment, and workstations. Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper cleaning of all crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans. Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas. Assist in waste segregation and follow hotel hygiene standards (HACCP compliance). Ensure availability of clean equipment during service times. Handle cleaning chemicals safely and report equipment issues promptly. Support chefs with basic tasks such as transporting supplies and organizing equipment. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines set by the hotel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
