Emirates Hospitality Center is looking for reliable and hardworking
Kitchen Stewards
to join our catering services team. The role plays a key part in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, supporting food preparation, and ensuring smooth daily operations across catering functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and working areas.
Operate dishwashing machines and maintain hygiene standards at all times.
Ensure waste is properly segregated and disposed of in line with safety protocols.
Support chefs and service staff during catering events and meal preparations.
Adhere strictly to HACCP and food safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within catering or hospitality preferred.
Physically fit, punctual, and dependable.
Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
