As a Kitchen Steward, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Your work supports the entire culinary team and helps ensure a smooth operation behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces Wash dishes, cookware, and food preparation tools efficiently Handle waste and recycling according to hygiene standards Assist with basic food prep when required Ensure proper storage of kitchen equipment and supplies Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements
Previous kitchen or stewarding experience is a plus but not required Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety Ability to work well in a team Physically fit to stand, bend, and lift throughout shifts Positive attitude and strong work ethic
