Available Kitchen Positions:
Commi 1:
Entry-level, assists with basic food preparation and maintaining a clean workstation.Commi 2:
Prepares simple dishes independently, supports senior kitchen staff, and helps manage stock.Commi 3:
Handles more complex food preparation, works closely with chefs to ensure smooth operations.Demi Chef:
Assists the head chef, supervises Commis, ensures quality and hygiene standards.Chef de Partie:
Specialist chef for a specific section (e.g., pastries, sandwiches), supervises the section and maintains dish quality.Requirements:
Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant kitchen preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
