This role involves fully running the kiosk with multiple concepts including Crepes, Pancake and Waffles. you will be responsible mastering cooking techniques, and managing inventory efficiently. Responsibilities

Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment. Utilize various cooking techniques to prepare and present high-quality dishes for customers. Manage inventory levels effectively to minimize waste and ensure ingredients are always available for menu items. Demonstrate attention to detail in food preparation and plating to meet quality standards and customer expectations. Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen to prevent food contamination and ensure a safe working environment. Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities in the kitchen, showing dedication and accountability for results. Proactively identify and address issues in the kitchen environment to improve efficiency and quality of service.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess previous work experience in roles such as Kitchen Staff or kiosk operator. Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations is essential to ensure a safe kitchen environment. Proficiency in various cooking techniques to prepare a wide range of dishes effectively and efficiently, including Luqaimat, Churros and Fries. Experience in inventory management to keep track of food supplies and prevent shortages. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain the quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation. Strong focus on hygiene practices to uphold cleanliness and food safety standards. Demonstrate ownership by taking responsibility for tasks and outcomes. Show proactiveness by actively seeking ways to improve processes and contribute to the success of the kitchen team.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
