Role Overview
We are seeking a kitchen helper who can assist with food preparation, cleanliness, and smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organised, and willing to learn in a fast-paced food environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients)
Support the chef during service hours
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas
Follow food hygiene and safety standards
Assist with stock organisation and basic kitchen tasks
Ensure smooth workflow during busy periods
Requirements
Previous kitchen or food handling experience is an advantage (not essential)
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and take instructions
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
