Responsibilities

:

Prepare and serve a variety of specialty teas, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. Prepare and serve light meals, snacks, and desserts in accordance with the menu and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kiosk, including equipment and workspaces. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Assist in stocking and organizing supplies, and ensure the kiosk is well-stocked throughout the shift. Ensure all health and safety standards are followed while preparing and serving food and drinks. Handle payments and manage cash register as required. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements

:

Passion for tea and food, with a willingness to learn about different varieties and preparation methods. Previous experience in food or beverage service is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A friendly and positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
