Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
Washing, peeling, cutting fruits/veggies; assisting cooks with basic prep tasks like mixing or portioning.
Cleaning & Sanitation:
Washing dishes, pots, utensils; sanitizing workstations, equipment, floors, and surfaces.
Stock & Inventory:
Receiving, storing, and organizing food and supplies; monitoring inventory levels.
Waste Management:
Disposing of trash, replacing liners, and keeping garbage areas clean.
Support:
Assisting Chefs with plating, setting tables, or packing takeout orders.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or F&B role is an advantage
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
