Prepare Tea & Coffee as per brand standards using machines. (Training will be provided)
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation align with the cafe's standards.
Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, ingredient stocking, and maintaining hygiene.
Follow food safety regulations to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of ingredients.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands.
Maintain consistency in portion sizes, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
Collaborate with the Cafe manager to optimize kitchen efficiency and reduce wastage.
As an All-Rounder: Responsible for overall cafe maintenance, including cleaning the workspace, dining area, and kitchen.
Support front-end operations if needed, such as serving food or handling customer requests.
Ensure hygiene standards are maintained throughout the cafe.
Help with food preparation when required.
