Check daily orders and ensure all items are prepared and fulfilled correctly.
Support the accurate distribution of orders for schools, corporate clients, and events.
Assist with event order preparation, ensuring all items are complete and ready on time.
Work in the cold kitchen preparing sandwiches, salads, and other items.
Wrap, label, and date food items according to company and Dubai Municipality guidelines.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
Support the production team with general kitchen duties as required.
Requirements:
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene (training provided).
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
