Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. The Kitchen Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting kitchen operations, and assisting chefs as needed to ensure smooth and efficient service.
All candidates must have the right to live and work in the UAE and be passionate about food and hospitality. Experience in high-end, European-style cafes and bistros is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen and storage areas.
Assist chefs with basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
Handle waste disposal and ensure kitchen areas remain safe and organized.
Support the kitchen team in maintaining inventory and stock organization.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
Requirements:
Right to live and work in the UAE.
Passion for food and hospitality.
Experience in high-end, European-style cafes and bistros preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
