Job Description
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIANS
Should have 5 years maintenance experience in below. Systems like Pneumatics(6 bar), hydraulics, steam (Min-2 bar), LPG(G31,50 mbar), electrical (LV) powered following equipment's Industrial kitchen equipment's like tilting kettle, tilting pan, fryer's, griller, Ovens. Vegetable/fruits- cutting/slicing/wedging/dicing equipment's. Poultry cutting/slicing/cubing/processing equipment's. Bakery machine's like oven, proofer's, mixers, automated baking lines, bakery fillers. Silo plant - flour, sugar, liquids. Industry like centralized kitchen/flight catering/bakery/Dairy or any other related food and beverage. Knowledge in food safety and hygiene standards. Knowledge in industrial safety standards.
