Kitchen Equipment Technician
Job Description
ob description / Role: Performs a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks related to operating, installing, maintaining and repairing all kitchen equipment (gas, electrical, and refrigeration). Main responsibilities include: - Investigates problems and performs repairs on all kitchen equipment.
- Complete Performance Checks on kitchen equipment including refrigerators, ice machines, ovens, fryers, and beverage
- Performs maintenance routines, preventive maintenance, and major repairs.
- Troubleshooting and identifying problems with the machines,
- Handling \xe2\x80\x93 sand filters, maintaining suitable water temperature, PH & CL, proper water flow, Vacuuming pool Requirements: - High school is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Commercial refrigeration and/or commercial cooking equipment repair experience.
- Ability to work with moving mechanical parts, pressurized steam equipment, open flames, heated surfaces, liquids, and risk of electrical shock in damp, humid, or freezing conditions.
- Ability to repair systems Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
