Requirements:
Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance & repair of
Rational Combi Ovens
Knowledge of major brands:
Convotherm, Electrolux, Hobart, MKN, UNOX, etc.
Ability to diagnose electrical & mechanical faults
Experience in hot & cold kitchen equipment service
UAE experience preferred (not mandatory)
Valid UAE driving license (added advantage)
Responsibilities:
Perform routine PPM & breakdown repairs
Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen appliances
Maintain service reports and communicate with customers professionally
