Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and repair kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, fryers, grills, chillers, mixers, etc.).
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in kitchen appliances.
Calibrate, adjust, and replace parts as required.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
Provide technical support and advice to kitchen staff on proper equipment usage
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician.
Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen appliances and systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit to handle equipment repairs and installations.
Any nationality, with transferable visa preferred (if applicable).
