Job Summary:

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to identify and address any malfunctions or issues that may affect production. Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Handling assigned work orders (inspections, repair, etc.) Performing a variety of routine maintenance tasks Dealing with incoming work requests Communicating existing and potential issues with your supervisors; most often maintenance manager or facilities manager Cleaning and maintaining the tools you work with Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance work (Dis)assembling/installing new machines, condition monitoring sensors, equipment, etc. Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, and electrical in the restaurants and shops Following different safety measures and policies

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 7-8 years' experience in the same role. Good English communication skills. Has experience with plumbing and electrical works.
