Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair
electrical systems
including wiring, circuit breakers, and control units.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain
air conditioning and cooling systems
.
Service and repair
refrigeration units, cold storage, and freezers
.
Conduct maintenance and repairs on
sanitary and plumbing systems
.
Clean and maintain
kitchen hoods, exhaust, and suction systems
.
Handle urgent maintenance requests and conduct regular inspections.
Maintain accurate logs of maintenance work and report major issues.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in maintenance, preferably in F&B or commercial kitchen environments.
Strong experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility.
Valid UAE driving license
and
own car
- Preferably.
Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
Flexibility to travel between branches and work outside regular hours if needed.
