Kitchen Equipment/ Chiller Machine Technician

Performed preventive maintenance units/servicing on shops (FCU&FAHU) and staff accommodations (AC, Split system)
Identified service work to be done, purchased parts, and completing work
Evaluated blueprints for AC and Chiller systems for accurate repair recommendations
Replaced all components needed for repairs, such as; compressor, thermostat, and condensers, gas recharging, etc.
Operating tools, gauges, and other testing equipment for refrigeration systems.
Proficient in the use of safety equipment, fall protection ladder safety
Knowledgeable in repairing kitchen equipment
U.A.E. Driver License is an advantage
