Description
Looking for a Kitchen Engineering In charge to join in our team.
Candidate must be responsible for the effective planning and efficient running of the Kitchen Technical Team, also responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all kitchen machinery, equipment and engineering facilities to all the properties.
Qualifications
Qualification - Degree in electrical mechanical, refrigeration or a combination of appropriate education and experience
Work Experience - Minimum of 8-10 years' relevant experience in kitchen engineering or related industry knowledge.
Knowledge - Knowledge of electrical mechanical, refrigeration and gas equipment knowledge or industrial type laundry equipment. HACCP standards, OHSAS, EHMS.
