Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated, hard-working, and team-oriented Kitchen Crew Members to join our restaurant team. As a Kitchen Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive high-quality meals in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in basic food preparation tasks (chopping, peeling, portioning, etc.) Cook and assemble dishes according to standardized recipes and instructions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations Ensure proper food storage and labeling in compliance with food safety standards Assist with receiving and storing deliveries Follow health and safety guidelines (HACCP standards) Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools as required Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours Support other team members and communicate effectively to achieve kitchen goals

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus (but not required) Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Willingness to learn and take direction Good communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable lifting up to 25-30 lbs Ability to work in hot and busy kitchen environments
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
