Kitchen Cooks (Italian Cuisine, Pizza and Pasta) wanted for Eataliano Restaurant in Ajman Alzorah Golf Club

Location:

Ajman... Possibly move to Dubai in Future, you should be ok with that

Salary:

AED 1,600 - 3,000 (Experience Dependent)

Note: Only applicants with Italian cuisine experience will be considered.

Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and skilled kitchen crew members to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Italian cuisine, specifically in making pasta and pizza. A strong emphasis on opening dough by hand is highly desirable but not crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Pasta Preparation:

Prepare a variety of pasta dishes, ensuring consistent quality and taste according to recipes.

Pizza Making:

Prepare and cook pizzas using traditional techniques, including hand-stretching dough and managing a pizza oven.

Ingredient Management:

Assist in the preparation and portioning of ingredients.

Kitchen Operations:

Support all kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Quality Control:

Ensure all dishes meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an Italian kitchen, specifically with pasta and pizza. Skilled in opening dough by hand - a significant plus! Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
