Kitchen Assistant
Job Description
Assist in preparing seafood items (cleaning, cutting, marinating fish, shrimp, crab, etc.)
Ensure kitchen equipment and workstations are cleaned and sanitized regularly
Support chefs during food prep and cooking, especially during peak hours
Handle storage and rotation of seafood ingredients to maintain freshness
Dispose of waste properly and follow food safety and hygiene standards
Help with unpacking and organizing kitchen deliveries
Follow instructions from the Chef and kitchen team as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
