Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and food preparation areas Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and properly Support in storing and organizing deliveries, including labeling of goods Participate in inventory checks and assist in full kitchen operations Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately and maintain waste areas Refill essential kitchen supplies Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times Help with plating or simple food assembly during peak hours Provide general support to the kitchen team as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) With or without a visa may apply Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting is a plus Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures Able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods Strong time management and multitasking abilities Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Open to working across different locations within the UAE as per operational requirements Fast learner with a proactive, reliable, and positive attitude
