Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
Ensure all kitchen areas, tools, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized in compliance with food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and cookware throughout service.
Receive and store kitchen deliveries properly, ensuring correct stock rotation and minimal wastage.
Support chefs during food service, including plating dishes under supervision and replenishing ingredients.
Follow instructions from the Head Chef and kitchen team promptly and accurately.
Dispose of waste and maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment.
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
