Job Summary:
We're looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support our chefs in daily food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning). Keep work areas clean and organized. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Ensure food storage areas are properly stocked and labeled. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Support kitchen operations during busy hours.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen preferred. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
