Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Kitchen Helper to join cafe The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a good understanding of Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisine. As a Kitchen Assistant , your primary responsibility will be to support main chef at time of orders s, and ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

Assist in washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables and fruits. Measure and prepare ingredients as directed by chefs. Help with basic cooking tasks like portioning ingredients and arranging dishes Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools. Regularly clean workstations, equipment, and floors. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas Rotate stock to ensure freshness, discarding expired items. Monitor inventory and alert supervisors of any shortages
Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Prior experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial. Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods. Team player with strong attention to details Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team. Good communication skills and adaptability.
Work Environment

Fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Requires 9 working hours, including weekly off and holidays. Collaborative team setting with opportunities for skill development.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
