Kitchen Assistant
Job Description
Assist in basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, equipment, and workstations.
Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using dishwashing equipment or by hand.
Receive and store food deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation and inventory control.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep waste areas clean and organized.
Refill ingredients and supplies in preparation areas as needed.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety guidelines.
Assist chefs and kitchen staff during busy service hours as required.
Support with closing and opening kitchen duties, including cleaning and restocking.
Should be flexible working everywhere in UAE.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresher
