Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales goals.
Answer customer questions and address concerns.
Close sales and complete transactions efficiently.
Process customer payments accurately (cash, credit, or digital payments).
Manage cash drawer and ensure proper change is given.
Monitor sales and report daily figures to management.
Ensure the kiosk is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Update product displays to match current sales and promotions.
Ensure that inventory levels are sufficient and re-stock products as needed
Promote sales, discounts, and limited-time offers.
Hand out promotional materials (e.g., flyers, brochures) to potential customers.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to sales, safety, and customer service.
