. As a well-established and continuously growing company, we are excited to announce that we are expanding our team for our Kiosk at Mall of the Emirates.

We are looking for

experienced Off-Plan Agents only

who are ready to elevate their career with a strong brand that values professionalism, market knowledge, and results.

What we offer:

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Off-Plan market Strong understanding of developers' projects Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and new launches Excellent communication & client-handling skills Languages are a need.

Responsibilities:

Professionally approach and engage clients with confidence and an outgoing personality Advertise, promote, and present the most suitable off-plan projects based on client requirements Demonstrate strong negotiation and explanation skills to ensure clear and effective communication Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support repeat and referral business Conduct property project briefings when required Stay updated on current and upcoming project launches, developer promotions, and market trends Generate 10 leads a day through various channels and follow up consistently to maximize conversions Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and transactions Collaborate with the team to meet monthly targets and contribute to overall sales objectives

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
