Off-Plan Real Estate Agents
to join our growing sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
off-plan property sales
, in-depth knowledge of developers and new launches, and a proven ability to close deals with both end-users and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Specialize in the sale of
off-plan residential and mixed-use developments
Manage leads related to new project launches and developer inventories
Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings
Advise clients on payment plans, ROI, capital appreciation, and handover timelines
Coordinate with developers for unit availability, pricing, and booking processes
Handle booking forms, reservation agreements, and SPA coordination
Maintain accurate records of clients, deals, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and end-users
Stay updated on new launches, market trends, and Dubai off-plan regulations
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience
in
off-plan real estate sales
in Dubai
Strong relationships with leading Dubai developers (preferred)
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Familiarity with Dubai off-plan sales procedures and documentation
Own car and valid UAE driving license preferred
