\xe2\x96\xa0 Adhere to plant operational procedures for production goal achievement and handle work safely.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Input operational system status with applicable journals and control system tools.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Function as plant operation to calibrate and troubleshoot automation, power, and building interface systems.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Gain awareness of system operating requirements and trends and suggest operating adjustment suggestions.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Manage electrical and mechanical equipment and facilities with the competency of a plant operator.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Conduct emergency operations for electric service and protecting station equipment.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Oversee control desk consisting of HMI computer screens.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Reply to production floor requests and machine stoppage alerts.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Oversee productions and process key metrics for operating plant machinery within parameters.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Assess machine logs and support Process Engineer to troubleshoot.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Handle equipment maintenance and tag out as per standard operating procedures.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Ensure timeliness, completeness, and administrative requirements accuracy.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Submit internal Work Orders for equipment failures.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Receive and reply to calls from organizations and agencies.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Function within the enclosed environment of a Control Room. Interact with coworkers and members of the public in a courteous and professional manner.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Be familiar with computer applications.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Use the radio, telephone, computer, and emergency alarm system in accordance with policy and procedure or post orders.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Control and use security keys or any security equipment assigned.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Conduct energy analysis to evaluate efficient energy use.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Collect data from the field about energy leakage and scope of energy saving.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Make recommendations regarding energy fuel selection
\xe2\x96\xa0 Keep the plant in optimum use of energy.
