Job Details
Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides guest service through positive interaction with parents, children and teens and responds to their needs for information and any complaints, conveys an interest in families need for service and amenities.

• Ensure club program and logistics run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

• Coordinate and supervise quality programs for guests and related facilities.

• Promote strong inter-departmental relations and liaises with other department heads as needed.

• Facilitates ongoing training and development of staff.

• Oversees preparation of roster and payroll and supervises implementation of duties by the organizers.

• Maintains all equipment and supplies and re-orders as required.

• Works with and maintains relationships with Kids Only Agent.

Requirements
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• A degree in Education, Recreation, Hotel Management, Public Relations, Business, or related field.

• Certification in CPR and First Aid.

• Excellent spoken and written English is required, and additional European language will be highly regarded in this role.

• Ability to effectively supervise and manage people and resources.

• Good organizational skills.

• Understands and enjoys working with children.

• Computer Literate

• Leadership skills

• Aptitude for coaching staff

• Skilled in areas of guest service and guest relations

• Flexibility and adaptability

• Ability to interact and build rapport with guests of all ages.

• Ability to analyze and evaluate staff's ability to deliver programs.
